Personal Training
After an initial fitness assessment, I will create a tailored programme that will help you reach your goals. I usually train with my clients 1x per week in person or online and they follow a training plane alongside to optimize their results.

I work with clients at all different stages of life, with a focus on women. Whether you want to get stronger, move better or just live a healthier life. I recently also did a menopausemovement certification to serve women in perimenopause and menopause even better.​
​
I train in a park near you, in the convenience of your own home or online if you don't live in London.
I cover the Richmond Area incl. Putney, Barnes, Sheen, Twickenham, St.Margarets, Petersham/Ham and Kingston upon Thames,

Small Group Training
If you are looking for personal guidance and the fun of exercising with a "workout buddy", the small group training might be right for you. It's all about you - yet sharing the session with just a few friends may give you the drive to push yourself that much more. I offer small group training for up to 3 participants.

STRONG
Outdoor Group Strength Class for women
Getting stronger while having fun...than this is the right workout class for you! The STRONG workout was developed for women to work on their strength and balance and will help you to get stronger, fitter and toned. We are lifting weights and kettlebells in that class and also use bands and our own bodyweight. Together with other likeminded women you will leave the class feeling strong and energised!

Menopause Exercise Programme
As a menopause movement specialist and being in perimenopause myself, I hear you and I would love to help you to feel stronger and fitter for the years to come! I also believe that in Perimenopause and Menopause the phrase "movement is medicine" fits 100%.
Recent studies strongly advise that strength training and lifting weights in perimenopause and menopause is so important for a number of reasons, including bone health, mental health, counteract the loss of muscle mass and also it helps boosting the metabolism by building lean muscle mass. I would love to help you navigate this "hormonal" time by training together and helping you to get stronger and feel better in your body!

About Me
Motivation will get you started, but it's habit that will keep you going
I am a health and fitness expert and believe movement is like medicine, mentally and physically. I truly love helping other people to live a fitter, healthier life. I love to train (or run) outside in Nature as it gives the extra push and makes the body and mind feel great! And I try to convince my clients to try it out, too!
My work is focussed on supporting women in their various stages of development from motherhood to menopause and beyond. I believe that exercise has an enormously positive impact on one's life and I would love to work with you too!
My love for sports and fitness comes a long way. I was a competitive swimmer on a national level in Germany in my youth. I gained so much from this experience, most of all knowing that if you keep going, stay undeterred and focus on your goals, you will reach them.

I am originally from Germany, but have practised as a Personal Trainer in Amsterdam and New York City before moving to London, where I now live with my husband and our two children. I am fluent in German, English and Dutch.

Since having kids and less time, I am a passionate endurance runner and regularly participate in races such as 10k's, half marathons and marathons. I recently run the Chicago Marathon in October 2024 and loved it:)
